How do I use these fonts?

I purchased piz bold condensed to use for a logo i am creating for my home in costa rica, “dos hamacas.”
my question is how to get the font to a graphics person in the states by email, since apparently i can’t just send him a copy of the wording as i have set it up on my computer. i guess he has to be one of the five authorized computers. is that right?
how do i do that?
